Individual (1:1 Support)
This coaching experience is grounded in the needs of the client. We leverage the Coaching For Change Model (Bennett and Bush, 2014), and our four frames (Where I’m From; No Purpose, No Peace; Me at this Place; Discard, Keep, and Create) to work through several steps:
understand the current context, the client’s needs and desires, and information gathering
develop possible actions, plan those actions and come to shared agreements
define success explicitly so we know it when we see it
These steps are explored through an analysis of key knowledge, skills, and mindsets of the client in order to produce action. We will monitor our progress throughout, make adjustments, and celebrate our successes along the way.
